How do I book a session with Laura?

Go to the individual sessions page and read about the services that she offers. Once you make your decision, click 'book now' which will take you to her online diary. Once you have booked you will receive an email with a Zoom link to the session. Alternatively, go straight to the 'book online' page to book your slot right away.

Do I need to do anything before my session?
​
No. Laura doesn't require any information before the session. She likes to work from a totally clean slate. All she asks is for you to bring your best self.

Does it matter if I am nervous about my session?​
​
No! This is totally normal and it won't affect your session. Even Laura felt nervous when she first started doing work on her own energy.

What can I expect after a session?
​
If you do a session with Laura then you should begin to notice a difference within a week or so. It is normal to feel tired right after the session itself and a few days after. Everyone has their own experience but when a lot of energy is moved it is normal to need some extra rest or to be emotional.

Do I need to do anything after my session?
​
No. We recommend that after your session you go back to your life as normal to let the changes integrate. The changes that you created will make themselves known.

What happens if I can't make my session?
​
Laura requires 24 hours notice. You will be sent an email the day before from the team to remind you of your time slot. Failure to show up will mean you lose your time and and you will not receive a refund. Please read the refund policy for more information.

What if I buy a package of session?
​
You will receive an email within 3 days of purchasing. This email will offer you time slots and once those are approved by you, a zoom invite for your sessions will be sent out. Keep this link safe!

How do I use Zoom?
​
You don't need to register to use Zoom. If you are using a laptop then simply click on the link that we sent you after you booked and it will take you to the room. If you would like to use your phone you will need to download the Zoom app before hand.
