SHIPPING & DELIVERY  

 

Laura Bird will endeavour to dispatch merchandise within five business days from your order date. All items are shipped via Royal Mail.

 

Paintings are shipped tracked. We currently have no provision for ocean freight, but this may be updated, so please check in the delivery options section of your shopping cart when you try to complete your order.

Delivery prices are included within the jewellery prices. Additional costs for packaging and packaging weight added to freight at the time of dispatch are paid for by Laura Bird Academy.

If items are unavailable at time of delivery, you will be notified via phone or email with an approximate eta.

Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient upon dispatch of the goods, to your nominated delivery address.

Any claims with Royal Mail for damage or failure to deliver after dispatch will need to be taken up by you with the Royal Mail Post Office.  Laura Bird is not responsible for loss of an idea or any undelivered items. If the item is not received by the client after it has been shipped, Laura Bird holds the right to refuse a refund.
